Alpha-Next is a platform for creators and communities to build spaces they own — membership, courses, live gatherings, and a shop, in one place. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to alpha-next.io and the worlds hosted on the Alpha-Next platform.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: your chosen name, profile color, public encryption key, and any profile details you add.
- Mobile phone number, used to verify that a real person is behind an account.
- Email address, used for account recovery and service notifications.
- Optional profile data you choose to add (for example, birth details used to generate the astrology and Human Design features). You control whether to provide these.
- Usage and device information needed to operate the service securely (for example, session activity and general technical logs).
How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the service and your account.
- To verify your identity with a one-time SMS code when you take an action that requires it.
- To send you account, security, and service messages you have asked for.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
SMS & mobile messaging
We do not share mobile information, or SMS opt-in consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency. SMS messages are sent only in response to a user-initiated action — typically one message per verification request. We do not send recurring or marketing texts.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the rest of the service, though some actions that require verification may become unavailable.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the platform — for example, our SMS provider to deliver a verification code, our email provider to send account messages, and our payment processor to complete a purchase — and only to the extent required to perform that function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and security of our members and the platform.
Your messages and encryption
Private and sealed messages on the platform are end-to-end encrypted. Your passphrase never leaves your device, and we cannot read the contents of your encrypted messages. Because of this, we also cannot recover your passphrase for you — keep it safe.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect to what the service needs.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Update or remove optional profile information from your account.
- Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
