These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alpha-Next platform and the worlds hosted on it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Alpha-Next is a platform that lets creators and communities host a membership space with courses, live gatherings, discussion, and a shop. Features and worlds may change over time as the platform develops.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service.
- One account per person. We may verify that a real person is behind an account, including by phone-number verification.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials — including your passphrase — secure. Because your messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover your passphrase for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.
Payments
Some worlds offer paid memberships, courses, or items. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment provider, and creator earnings are routed to the creator’s own connected account. Refund eligibility may be limited and is described at the point of purchase.
SMS verification terms
The platform uses SMS solely to verify your identity with a one-time code:
- Messages are one-time verification messages only, sent in response to a user-initiated action — typically one message per verification request. We do notsend marketing texts.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply.

Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited permissions needed to host and display your content in order to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha-Next is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
